    By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a thorough, TSA-style search, including emptying your pockets and bags, having all of your items examined, a full pat-down, and possibly removing your shoes. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
  • Bag Policy
    No large bags over 12"x6"x12", backpacks, Camelbaks or bota bags allowed. All small bags and purses are subject to search
  • Can I purchase tickets at the door?
    Currently, you can only purchase tickets online. Some shows will have a cashier but please refer to the event page or send an email to contact@warehouselive.com
  • Prohibited Items
    NO illegal substances NO drugs or drug paraphernalia NO pets NO laser pointers NO large chains or spiked jewelry NO balloons, balls, inflatable balls or frisbees NO stuffed animals or dolls (including plush backpacks) NO outside food or beverages NO weapons of any kind (includes guns, pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.) NO whistles, air horns, or other loud noise devices NO eye drops NO opened packs of cigarettes (sealed cigarettes ONLY)
  • How do I retrieve my tickets that I purchased online?
    You can retrieve your tickets by going to this website http://seetickets.us Create an account using the email you purchased your tickets. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view and print out your tickets. If you do not want to print out your tickets, you can download the SeeTickets app and show the barcode instead.
  • Does the venue have seats?
    Our shows are standing room general admission. However, we do offer Tables for purchase on select shows. Please check the event to see if tables are offered. Any other questions, email us at contact@warehouselive.com
  • Will my previous Rise Rooftop Show Tickets be accepted at Warehouse Live Midtown?
    If you've purchased a Rise Rooftop ticket, rest assured that it will be honored at our location. We are committed to providing the same exceptional experiences you've come to expect, now with even more exciting enhancements.
  • What are the hours of operation?
    We are open on show days. Please refer to the specific event page to find out the show days.
  • Acceptable ID
    Driver’s Licenses or other state photo identity cards issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles (or equivalent) or:U.S. Passport U.S. Passport Card U.S. Military ID Permanent Resident Card A foreign government-issued passport Border Crossing Card DHS-designated enhanced driver’s license Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Unacceptable IDs Include Temporary paper IDs issued by the DMV Expired IDs Birth certificate Copies of any form of identification (Including pictures of ID) School identification
  • Where Do I Park?
    There are several pay lots to choose from in the area. One block away at Midtown Park is $5 for underground parking. Valet parking is offered at the front of the venue for a fee which varies per show. Street parking options are nearby as well.
  • Recording Equipment Policy
    NO professional recording equipment for photo, video, or audio (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial use rigs)
  • Refunds
    All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time, and location of the event.
  • Is there wheelchair accessibility?
    Yes. We are ADA compliant.
  • Do you have VIP Tables and Bottle service?
    Some shows will offer VIP tables and/or bottle service options. Please refer to the event listing and ticket link. For any questions regarding table service, please email reservations@warehouselive.com
  • Can I Rent Warehouse Live Midtown for a Private Event?
    Yes, we can turn your vision into reality. Our incredible space is the perfect location to host your next corporate event, private concert, social gathering, wedding, reception or private dinner.   • Are Food and Beverages available for purchase during a show?
    We have a variety of beverage options available for purchase including craft beers and a full bar. Food is available for certain events with different local vendors and businesses that change per show.
